For
over 32 years, I have
been a Real Estate professional, offering quality services and
investment mentoring

County
clients . I bought my first property, a
subdivision, in 1974 on a
school teacher’s salary. I taught school
during the year and built homes in the summer. Once I saw the profits explode, I knew real
estate was the pathway to wealth. Since
then I have owned over 50 homes and enjoyed the benefits of being a
landlord
and developing properties…and, I love showing others how to achieve the
same great
results. I currently own Realty World-Davis Homes & Properties in Lodi and
our office was
voted the Best in Lodi 2008 by the residents of Lodi!
